Since 2007, HPR ME have provided expert personnel to the Middle East Oil and Gas market. Based in Abu Dhabi in the UAE, our fully staffed office is ideally placed to support our clients.

HPR’s UK Branch was founded in 1997 by Managing Director Iain Petrie but its heritage goes back to the 1980’s when Iain worked offshore. Having had an in-depth exposure to the industry, Iain recognised an opportunity to improve the efficiency of personnel recruitment and a growing need for companies to complement their in-house staff with qualified and experienced contract personnel.

HPR UK has an enviable track record, having shown consistent achievement since its formation, allowing the HPR group to expand around the globe. The group has grown into an internationally renowned market leader in manpower solutions and has expanded to include operational facilities in the Philippines and India and most recently has formed HPR ROV, based in Aberdeenshire, Scotland.

International HPR Engineering Consultants Oil & Gas LLC (HPR Middle East) was founded in 2008 as part of the company’s commitment to the region and has since served as the operational centre for the Middle East and Far East sectors. Our fully staffed office specialise in meeting the often complex requirements for visas and logistics in the area.

HPR believe that the most successful business relationships are based on true long-term partnerships which is fully illustrated by the repeat business of our Clients and also by our Core Personnel of approximately 250 Consultants working for HPR on a regular basis.

HPR have circa 5000 professional personnel registered on our proprietary database which was written to optimise candidate selection and ensure the information we hold is as current and accurate as possible.
